Terms and conditions
These terms cover our websites and buying our software. Using the software itself is covered by the licence agreement.
Who you are dealing with
Xecil Hub is a trading name of Xecil Digital Solutions (XDS), Ghana. Email sales@xecilhub.com.
Buying a licence
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you order. A licence is a one-time payment with no subscription.
- When you order, we email you an order reference. The contract starts when we confirm your payment and send your licence key.
- A licence lets you use the app on the number of computers you bought it for, including all updates within the same major version (for Xecil UI, every 1.x release).
- The software is delivered immediately. Once your package and licence key have been sent, the sale is final and you lose any right to cancel. Refunds are given only in the cases listed in the refund policy.
Your work
Everything you design and every file or line of code you export is yours, for personal and commercial use.
Using the websites
- Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the sites or their data.
- Don't send spam or harmful content through the forms.
- Text, images, logos and software on these sites belong to Xecil Digital Solutions unless stated otherwise.
Liability
We work hard to keep the software reliable and the sites accurate, but we can't promise they will always be error free. Keep backups of important work. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above. Changes don't affect licences you have already bought.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
